Returns Policy
At Blackwood Toronto, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may occasionally wish to return an item. This document explains our returns policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns
– You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
– Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping costs.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
– You may try items on, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
– Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Returns Process

Register your return by emailing info@blackwoodtoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties, import charges, or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
– We are not responsible for lost parcels where the tracking confirms the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
– If an incorrect address is provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.
– Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
